In order to ensure we accept your case when Legal Aid sends it to us, you should call us directly and let us know you are going to apply. If we cannot assist, we will be happy to give you a great referral. The application can be done online. Go to https://www.legalaid.ab.ca and make sure to ask for one of our lawyers if we have agreed to take your case on Legal Aid.
If you do not qualify for Legal Aid, our firm has flexible payment plans available to ensure we can start working for you right away. Simply explain your financial circumstances during your interview with one of our lawyers and they will give you the available options.
